Questions
How do enrolment and application differ?
Enrolment is mostly for cohorts and looks at eligibility and places. Applications are mostly for degrees and programmes and usually need files and steps.
When is there a reply?
It depends on the programme and how complete the file is. Advisors follow up on working days. Phone or the later system status governs.
Can I ask before submitting?
Yes. Confirm the path, then use the formal form.

Prefer to speak with someone?
Call or leave a message on working days. Enrolment, applications, channel reports, certificate lookup, and student records are still being built. Those entrances open an explanation page.
